~GSFC University empowers over 1,000 final-year students through AI-driven CSDP 2026, combining expert training, assessment and placement readiness.
Vadodara, Gujarat, Oct 05 (VNI): GSFC University successfully organized the 10-day Corporate Skill Development Programme (CSDP) 2026 for more than 1,000 final-year students of the 2027 graduating batch across various disciplines, strengthening their professional competencies through an AI-enabled and industry-aligned training framework.
Organized by the university’s Placement Cell, the intensive programme deployed a team of 10 domain experts to provide 60 hours of training to each student. The initiative reinforces GSFC University’s core commitment to being “student centric, industry aligned and future ready”, while strengthening the competencies required for students to transition seamlessly from academic life to the professional workplace.
A key highlight of CSDP 2026 was its assessment-driven and AI-enabled approach. The programme commenced with a Preliminary Assessment covering core competencies in Quantitative Aptitude, Communication Skills and Logical Reasoning, enabling the identification of individual learning gaps and helping tailor the training to students’ specific development needs.
The initiative aligns with the Government of India’s broader emphasis on nurturing future-ready, skilled and employable youth through technology-enabled education.
