~Adani University concludes its three-week Induction Programme 2026 for B.Tech and Integrated Programme students, preparing future engineers through academic orientation, industry interaction and leadership sessions.
Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Aug 02 (VNI): Adani University has successfully concluded its three-week Induction Programme 2026 for students enrolled in its Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) and Integrated Programmes. The initiative was designed to help students transition smoothly from school to university by combining academic preparation, industry exposure and campus engagement.
The induction programme, held from July 13 to July 31, was conducted in three phases. It began with an online Bridge Course covering Mathematics, Physics and Communication Skills, followed by expert-led virtual sessions on artificial intelligence, renewable energy, engineering innovation, research and emerging technologies. Renowned academicians from leading institutions, including IIT Bombay, IIT Indore, NIT Rourkela and Pandit Deendayal Energy University, addressed the students.
During the on-campus phase, students interacted with industry leaders including Arun Bansal, CEO of Adani Airport Holdings Limited, Jigish Doshi, Chairman of Vishakha Group, and Ajay Kumar Tomar, Joint President & Group Head, Cadre Excellence and Leadership Development, Adani Group. The sessions highlighted leadership, innovation, resilience and lifelong learning, while mentoring activities and team-building exercises helped students integrate into university life.
Prof. Dr. Dhaval Pujara, Provost, Adani University, said the University aims to develop engineers who think critically, innovate responsibly and apply their knowledge to solve real-world challenges. Students were also introduced to the University’s academic framework, research ecosystem, digital learning platforms, competency development initiatives, student support services, anti-ragging measures, POSH policy and responsible social media practices. The programme concluded by laying a strong foundation for students’ academic and professional journey.
