~AMA re-appoints Rajiv Gandhi as President and Mohal Sarabhai as Vice President at its 69th AGM as the association enters its Platinum Jubilee year 2026–27.
Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Sep 24 (VNI): The Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA) re-appointed Mr. Rajiv Gandhi, Managing Director & CEO of Hester Biosciences Ltd., as its President and Mr. Mohal Sarabhai, Managing Director of Ambalal Sarabhai Enterprises Ltd., as Vice President at its 69th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Thursday.
The AGM marked an important milestone for AMA as the association entered its 70th year and began its Platinum Jubilee celebrations for 2026–27. The re-appointment of the office bearers comes as AMA prepares to mark 70 years of its contribution to management education, professional development and management excellence.
As part of its “70 AMAzing Years” celebrations, AMA has planned a series of unique programmes and flagship events throughout the year. The programmes will feature distinguished speakers and are aimed at marking the association’s Platinum Jubilee with a range of activities and initiatives.
The re-appointed office bearers extended their best wishes and expressed their commitment to taking AMA forward with the support and cooperation of its members and the wider community. They said AMA would continue to work towards setting new milestones while strengthening its longstanding mission of management excellence.
AMA will also continue to uphold the legacy and vision associated with its founder and management pioneer Dr. Vikram Sarabhai. The Platinum Jubilee year is expected to provide an opportunity for the association to further strengthen its role in promoting management knowledge, leadership and professional excellence.
