Ahmedabad, Gujarat, July 29 (VNI): Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (APSEZ), India’s largest integrated transport operator, on Wednesday reported a strong financial performance for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company posted consolidated revenue of ₹10,821 crore, registering a 19% year-on-year (YoY) growth.
The company also reported a 19% growth in EBITDA during Q1 FY27, while EBITDA from its international ports business witnessed a remarkable 256% YoY increase, reflecting the growing contribution of overseas operations to the company’s overall profitability.
Commenting on the results, APSEZ Whole-time Director and CEO Ashwani Gupta said the company’s performance demonstrates the strength of its diversified business model, supported by a global presence and a multi-modal asset base across geographies, commodities, and customer segments. He noted that the domestic ports business remains the foundation of APSEZ’s earnings, while the International Ports, Marine, and Logistics businesses have successfully transitioned from scale-up to value creation, emerging as key drivers of revenue growth and profitability.
Gupta added that the balanced growth across business segments strengthens APSEZ’s confidence in achieving its Ambition 2031 goals. Backed by its domestic capacity expansion programme targeting 1,000 MMT by 2030, an expanding international portfolio, and a rapidly growing logistics ecosystem, APSEZ aims to build a more diversified, resilient, and globally competitive transport platform capable of delivering sustained long-term value creation. The company also stated that the financial results include the consolidation of NQXT Australia, effective from Q4 FY26.
