Mumbai, Maharashtra, Aug 13 (VNI): Black Box Limited, a provider of digital infrastructure solutions, reported strong operating performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with revenue rising 24% year-on-year to a record ₹1,719 crore. EBITDA grew 38%, with margins expanding by 90 basis points.
The company said its stronger financial position, global delivery capabilities and deeper relationships with enterprise customers are positioning it for the next phase of growth. Black Box estimates its addressable market across data centres, enterprise networking, connectivity, cybersecurity, managed services and digital workplace solutions at US$250–300 billion globally.
Hyperscale infrastructure has emerged as a major growth driver. During Q1, the company added a new global hyperscaler through a US$131 million (about ₹1,240 crore) order, while continuing to expand its relationship with an existing hyperscaler. Black Box said it is currently executing gigawatt-scale data centre programmes and is targeting US$2 billion revenue by FY30.
New orders during the quarter stood at approximately US$339 million (₹3,208 crore), taking the order backlog to an all-time high of US$949 million (₹8,986 crore), up 83% year-on-year. Project-led backlog increased about 50% quarter-on-quarter, with longer-duration contracts providing 24–36 months of revenue visibility. The company expects FY27 order bookings of US$1.3–1.5 billion.
Demand was also strong across financial services, healthcare, public services and retail, which together contributed around US$80 million (₹757 crore) to quarterly order bookings. Black Box plans to strengthen its leadership, engineering and delivery capabilities and expects to hire nearly 3,000 professionals by FY30, primarily in the United States.
