Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Mar 21, Carysil, a global leader in premium kitchen solutions, has announced plans to invest Rs. 500 Crore for long-term growth to augment the manufacturing capacity of kitchen sinks, kitchen faucets and appliances segment, and strengthen its position as an industry leader.
Chirag Parekh, Chairman and Managing Director of Carysil Limited, said, As part of its expansion strategy, Carysil has earmarked Rs. 100 crore to double its sink manufacturing capacity from 1 million to 2 million units per year. Moreover, Rs. 50 crore will be invested for expanding its stainless steel sink production to 2.5 lakh units annually, Rs. 30 crore to enhance kitchen faucet production to 50,000 units per year, and Rs. 20 crore towards manufacturing 50,000 built-in kitchen appliances per annum. The company has also outlined plans to venture into the production of refrigerators and coffee makers, further diversifying its product offerings.

Carysil has invested Rs. 300 crore in India and globally the past five years, enhancing its capacity and product range to establish a strong presence in the industry. As one of the only four manufacturers of quartz sinks globally, and the sole manufacturer in Asia, Carysil continues to push the boundaries.
Carysil’s annual revenue is Rs. 800 crore a year, of which India accounts for around Rs. 150 crore. Its products are exposed to 58 countries, including the US, the UK, and Europe. The kitchen sink segment accounts for the highest sales. It has a market share of 65% in the composite quartz sink segment in India and around 90% in the premium sink segment.
As part of its ongoing growth, Carysil inaugurated its state-of-the-art Experience Centre in Ahmedabad on Friday. Located on Sindhu Bhavan Road, one of the city’s premier retail destinations, the Experience Centre offers an immersive journey into the world of luxury kitchen solutions. The grand opening was graced by Carysil’s brand ambassador Mira Kapoor, alongside Chirag Parekh and Rhea Parekh, Vice President of International Marketing.

A highlight of the space is the live kitchen, where visitors can experience the seamless functionality and craftsmanship of Carysil’s built-in appliances.
