~Reliance, in partnership with the Puri administration, has launched Puri Rath Yatra Seva Services 2026 featuring Anna Seva, GIS-enabled coordination, police aid posts, volunteer support and sanitation initiatives for over 20 lakh pilgrims.

Bhubaneswar, Odisha, July 15 (VNI): Reliance, in collaboration with the Puri administration, has launched Puri Rath Yatra Seva Services 2026 to provide comprehensive support for millions of devotees and frontline personnel during the annual Rath Yatra beginning July 16. The initiative combines Anna Seva, volunteer assistance, sanitation, public support infrastructure, community outreach and technology-enabled coordination to help ensure a safe, smooth and well-managed pilgrimage.
The initiative includes freshly prepared satvik meals and safe drinking water for pilgrims and frontline workers from July 15 to 27 through a central kitchen, with a dedicated serving facility at Bholanath High School on Grand Road in Puri. Reliance Foundation has also introduced a GIS-enabled Puri Annaseva 2026 platform to strengthen planning, monitoring and field coordination of seva activities.
Reliance is supporting the establishment of nearly 90 Police Aid Posts across more than 50 km of key pilgrim routes, including temple access points, transit areas, medical zones, major junctions and coastal locations. Around 1,000 police personnel on shift duty will receive drinking water, ORS, refreshments and other essential support. Volunteers will assist devotees with route guidance, safety information and crowd management, while sanitation teams will receive garbage bags and protective gloves to maintain cleanliness in high-footfall areas.
Executive Director of Reliance Industries Limited Anant M. Ambani said the company believes that “Service to Humanity is Service to God” and remains committed to supporting pilgrims and frontline personnel by enhancing nutrition, safety and sanitation during one of India’s largest spiritual gatherings. Reliance Foundation is also conducting health, hygiene and safety awareness programmes as part of its community outreach efforts.
Having supported Rath Yatra for several years, Reliance said this year’s expanded initiative aims to strengthen public support infrastructure in coordination with the Puri administration and government agencies, helping facilitate the safe and orderly movement of over 20 lakh pilgrims during the festival.
