~India’s first AI-generated Gujarati feature film ‘The Iskoon Bridge’ unveils its teaser and is set for theatrical release on November 13, 2026.
Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Sep 25 (VNI): India’s first AI-generated Gujarati feature film, The Iskoon Bridge, has unveiled its teaser in Ahmedabad and is set to arrive in theatres on November 13, 2026. Presented by White Screen Motion Pictures, GoSkripto and Matrix Studio, the film combines AI-generated visuals with human creativity in storytelling, screenplay, dialogues, music, editing and direction.
The film is a paranormal thriller based on several true events from across India. According to the makers, AI technology has been used specifically to create the film’s visuals and video, while the story, dialogues, screenplay, music, editing and direction have been developed through human creative inputs. The film features 82 AI-generated characters and has been created using the GoSkripto AI platform.
The project is also under observation with the National Forensic & Science University (NFSU) for its authentic narrative. The teaser of The Iskoon Bridge was officially selected by the National Film Development Corporation (NFDC) for the AI Impact Summit held in New Delhi in February 2026, under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India.
The Iskoon Bridge is planned for theatrical release in India, with Gujarat and Mumbai among the initial release markets. The film is also scheduled for overseas release in the USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. Following its theatrical run, the film will subsequently be released on an OTT platform.
The film is written and directed by Chetan Chauhan, with Kuunal Shah as Creative Director. Vivek Bhardwaj Chhetri has composed the music, while Chirag Tripathi is the lyricist. Vrunda Buch has handled the screenplay and dialogues, Ankit Gadhvi is the editor, Mihir Chhatbar is the colourist and Avinash Sonvane has worked on sound design. The film is scheduled to release in theatres on November 13, 2026.
