~Gujarat Science City and GUJCOST organise Science Safar 2026, providing 4,100 students from 82 Gandhinagar schools with hands-on science and STEM learning experiences.
Under the guidance of Gujarat Science City and GUJCOST, students are also participating in STEM-based educational activities and experiential learning programmes. These activities introduce them to Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) through engaging, practical experiences, encouraging them to explore these fields with greater interest. To facilitate participation, transportation arrangements are being provided through the Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC), ensuring convenient access to Science City for participating schools.
Planned for the academic year 2026–27, Science Safar 2026 will continue until February 2027. Efforts are being made to extend the programme to schools across all districts of Gujarat, enabling more students to benefit from experiential science education. Through this initiative, Gujarat Science City and GUJCOST aim to inspire young minds to observe, explore and experiment while strengthening their understanding of science and technology.
