~R|Elan™ Circular Design Challenge 2026 has completed its global jury rounds, announcing four India finalists. Seven global finalists will now advance to the Grand Jury and finale showcase during Lakmé Fashion Week x FDCI in October.
Mumbai, Maharashtra, July 31 (VNI): The R|Elan™ Circular Design Challenge (RCDC), presented by Reliance Industries Limited’s R|Elan™, the United Nations in India and Lakmé Fashion Week, has completed its global jury rounds with the announcement of the India finalists, finalising this year’s international cohort of innovators driving circular fashion and textile solutions.
Following the India jury evaluation, Botto Labs by Nitya Amarnath, Saloni Jhaveri, Duja by Ustat Kharbanda and Margn by Saurabh Maurya were selected as the India finalists of the eighth edition of the Challenge. Earlier, Yoshita 1967 by Anil Padia was named the Europe finalist, RWRK Studio by Farouk Braimoh was selected as the United Kingdom finalist, while BYO by Tommy Tedji emerged as the Asia Pacific & Beyond finalist.
This year’s edition attracted more than 220 global applications, with 23 semi-finalists shortlisted across Europe, the United Kingdom, Asia Pacific & Beyond, and India. Following the regional jury rounds, seven global finalists will now advance to the Grand Jury at the United Nations House in New Delhi before showcasing their collections at the finale during Lakmé Fashion Week x FDCI at the Embassy of France in India in October as part of the India–France Year of Innovation 2026.
